Your own place is currently the most voted new feature on UserVoice forum. And we are indeed building them right now.
In the next iPhone / iPod touch update you will be able to buy your own place. When you have one, you can invite people from public places or your online friends to your own place.
The places will be great for a wild after party or an undisturbed private chat. You'll in full control who gets to enter that place of your own.
There will be a selection of places ranging from casual to special, XS to XXL and dirt cheap to upscale. You will be able to customize the name and description of the place, but all furni will be static in the first update.
